Over the past nine years, Katie has helped destinations consistently exceed their goals. As a paid media strategist, Katie helped plan, implement, and report on local and global marketing campaigns. Working with destinations of all sizes, Katie has worked with both the B2C and B2B marketing plans, seamlessly integrating with creative, PR and client teams. Katie has presented her data-first approach to media buying on panels at industry wide conferences such as ESTO, TTRA and for multiple client’s stakeholders. Formerly an Associate Account Director at MBuy, a media agency in Chicago, Katie managed key accounts such as Los Angeles Tourism, Choose Chicago, Monterey County CVB, Galveston Island, and Visit West Hollywood. A west coast native, Katie now lives in Chicago with her husband. She is an avid traveler, outdoors enthusiast, and aspiring chef.
