Zartico is a business-to-business (B2B) company that offers a technology platform, “Services” to Destination Management/Marketing Organizations, Convention Visitors Bureaus, and airports.
All data we have access to will be collected, processed and protected consistent with applicable data protection laws, including where applicable the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and this Privacy Promise.
We don't sell or broker your protected or personally-identifiable information.
If you browse our website, we use Google Analytics to understand and improve the quality and relevance of the content on our website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information).
The data we manage and analyze for clients is de-identified and aggregated by the data providers (e.g. Facebook, Google, STR, etc.).
The location data providers have received GDPR privacy shield certification and meet or exceed CCPA requirements. Raw location data is never provided to clients and is prohibited for use in law enforcement or surveillance activities.

You may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

We may choose or be required by law to provide different or additional disclosures relating to the processing of personal information about residents of certain countries, regions or states. Please refer below for disclosures that may be applicable to you:
California Residents

To make any request under the CCPA, you must complete the Data Request Form below. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any privacy rights conferred by the CCPA, which means that we will not take any action to hurt or punish you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
Individuals Located in the EEA
The General Data Protection Regulation made effective in Europe on May 25, 2018 (“GDPR”) requires that we clearly describe to data subjects the data we collect and how we use that data. This Privacy Policy does that, and we hope that if you have any questions for us regarding our data collection, you will write us at privacy@zartico.com.
The GDPR also requires that we have a lawful basis for our processing of any personal data about an individual residing in Europe. Pursuant to the GDPR, residents of Europe have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to them in the United States. If you are a resident of Europe, upon request from you, we will provide you with access to the Data that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the Data we hold about you, subject to our rights and obligations under the GDPR, as described in this Privacy Policy. Individuals who seek access, or who seek to correct, amend, or delete Data transferred to the United States, should direct their queries to privacy@zartico.com. If requested to remove Data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
