Zartico powers the possibilities of place and people.

Today Zartico takes the next step in the evolution of its Partner Experience team by promoting Nicole Brownell to the role of Chief Experience Officer.

As CXO, Nicole will serve as the strategic leader and integrator of the full partner experience, which begins at the moment of awareness and carries through the entire partner journey. Her role touches every part of the organization and is part of a broader expansion of Zartico’s Partner Experience (or PX) team.

“The minute I met Nicole, I knew she was destined to rise within Zartico,” said CEO Sarah Lehman. “She is a remarkable leader with the perfect combination of strategic thinking, customer-centric understanding, and the ability to motivate and support effective teams. This move brings our partner-facing teams together under Nicole’s leadership, and it represents our continued investment in ensuring our 200+ partner organizations experience consistent and streamlined service, support, and community with Zartico.”

The PX team brings the data to life and puts it into action, elevating Zartico’s Destination Operating System™ from a simple reporting tool to a complete strategic-planning solution. Implementing the ZDOS™ according to our unique Place-Based Strategy is only the first step. From there partners are supported by a team responsible for laying the foundations of data literacy, familiarizing users in all roles with the application and its potential, and empowering partners to put the insights to work for the good of their communities.

“Turning insights into powerful possibilities — using the data to inform solutions for balanced communities — requires forward-thinking and human ingenuity,” Nicole said. “Our Partner Experience team has deep expertise that provides enormous value for our partners, and my job is to empower them to use their point of view to fuel the future of the industry.”
