Meet Zartico’s New Partner Experience Managers

A new team has joined the ranks of the Zarticans, and we can’t wait for you to get to know them. Our brand-new Partner Experience Managers — led by Zartico veteran Geoff Easton — are the first point of contact for all of our partners’ needs.

These knowledgeable folks are ready to provide answers about ZDOS™ modules, direct users to training resources, or help with logins. They can also connect partners with our expert Data Strategists or with additional assistance from our Education or Support teams. (Of course, our Product Support team remains available for technical issues about your ZDOS™ or data.)

We asked each new member of the Partner Experience Team to share a bit about themselves — keep reading to meet them all!

What let you to Zartico? My path to Zartico started because I was looking for something that would excite me. I am still in disbelief that I have an opportunity to combine my career with my love of travel and tourism. Home run!

What about your work most energizes you? I am organized (some may say to a fault sometimes), and I’m always thrilled when I can help my team become better organized or I can help create better processes and workflows.

What’s something you’ve always wanted to learn? I’ve always wanted to learn how to speak Spanish.

If a traveler were to visit your city, what would you recommend they absolutely do or see while there? Our beaches are incredible! I describe it as the only place in Florida that still looks similar to how the Spanish found it. We are also home to the Mets spring training, and one restaurant that you absolutely can’t miss is Shuckers.

What place is next on your travel list? I would love to see the Northern Lights.

What's a source of wonder in your everyday life? My 4 children without a doubt! They are all so different from each other and so similar at the same time. Somehow they seem to each amaze me every single day

Myron Robinson

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

What led you to Zartico? I started off in sales at a previous company. After doing sales, I was promoted to account management and that’s what started my path in account managing years ago. My experience in account managing with different companies is what ultimately led me to become a partner experience manager at Zartico.

What about your work most energizes you? Being able to engage with partners and find effective solutions for them.

What's something you've been learning lately? I’ve been learning the health benefits of fasting.

If a traveler were to visit your city, what would you recommend they absolutely do or see while there? I would recommend they go to Asian Harbor, which is a sushi restaurant, and get an Indianapolis Roll with steamed shrimp.

What place is next on your travel list? California or Nashville

What's a source of wonder in your everyday life? The ocean.

Taylor Hardee

Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming

What led you to Zartico? I began my career in the tourism industry working as a Business Development and Events Manager for a destination marketing agency. While working there, I found my passion for utilizing data to promote economic prosperity through tourism and visitation. I came to Zartico to further expand on that passion and to help optimize more destinations through the power of data insights and technology.

What about your work most energizes you? Building strong relationships energizes me. I love getting to know the individuals that I am working with and learning more about why they care so deeply about their destination and community. The tourism industry is special because each person who works within it is actively working toward enhancing their community; having the opportunity to hear their stories is a privilege that I am extremely grateful for.

What’s something you’ve been learning lately? I am learning how to manage and maintain my yard and garden. I would love to learn more about how to keep my flowers and plants alive in the (mostly) dry Wyoming climate. Nothing makes me happier than a pretty, green yard!

If a traveler were to visit your city, what would you recommend they absolutely do or see while there? I would recommend that they head Downtown and visit the Wyoming Museum. From there, I would suggest checking out a local restaurant or brewery (Blue Raven is my favorite) and enjoying the wonderful ambiance that Downtown Cheyenne has to offer.

What place is next on your travel list? I would love the opportunity to take my daughters to Disney World.

What's a source of wonder in your everyday life? My children, with their curiosity and endless imagination in life. It fills me with wonder about who they will be and how they will leave their mark on the world.

Geoff Easton

Location: I split time between Montana and Mexico.

What led you to Zartico? I have worked in customer-facing roles most of my career, for organizations large and small. When the opportunity arose to join a small company doing big things, I jumped at the chance.

What about your work most energizes you? Our partners are wonderful to work with, and they are committed to making their destination work for visitors and residents alike. I really appreciate that sense of mission and community. Zartico is aimed directly at helping our partners make the best decisions for their budgets and destinations and I’m thrilled to be a piece of that puzzle.

What’s something you’ve been learning lately? Photography is my long-term passion but I also enjoy gardening, especially container gardening. I will tell you I am a much better photographer than gardener.

If a traveler were to visit your city, what would you recommend they absolutely do or see while there? Hike up to the lighthouse (El Faro) in Mazatlan, Mexico. The view from there is amazing. Leave early, it is a steep and winding trail.

What place is next on your travel list? Next for me is always the same: find the best beach town that has the best fish tacos.

What's a source of wonder in your everyday life? The most wondrous thing I experience in daily life is witnessing the resilience of others.
